At Nutravx, we carefully pack every order to ensure your handmade soaps arrive safely and in excellent condition. We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery: £4.00

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, bank holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Orders below £50 are charged at our standard £4 delivery rate.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Nutravx cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delivery Address

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We may be unable to deliver to certain remote locations or restricted areas. If your address cannot be serviced, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at nutravx@gmail.com and include your order number.

We will do our best to help locate your parcel and resolve the issue with the delivery provider.

Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging and affected products so that we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
