Refund policy
At Nutravx, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused
- Item remains in original packaging
- Item is in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Consumable items that have been opened
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
Refund Process
After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
